Membership Account Representative |
Manage purchaser accounts through billing processes, cash collection and distribution, customer service and reconciliation of account receivables. Prepare billings and reconcile purchaser accounts. Maintain membership database. Education Minimum Education Requirements Associate degree OR proven competencies and directly related work experience. Preferred Education Associate degree and experience in healthcare accounting. Knowledge/Skills Minimum Knowledge/Skills Requirements Communication, customer service and problem solving skills. Computer skills in a Windows environment, including MS Word, Excel and Access. Understanding of general accounting principles and accreditation regulations. Preferred Knowledge/Skills Unspecified Experience Minimum Experience Requirements 2 yearsBookkeeping or accounting background. Experience with receivables, reconciliation and collections. Experience in membership and enrollment functions in healthcare environment. Experience with large transaction systems or similar software.
